By installing or using the CricHub mobile application ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. The service
CricHub lets you score cricket matches, manage teams and tournaments, share live scores, and create match-clip videos. Some features are free; others may require a subscription, an in-app purchase, or watching an ad in exchange for a temporary unlock.
2. Your account
- You are responsible for any activity under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate information when signing up.
- You may use the App as a guest; guest data is automatically deleted after 48 hours of inactivity.
- We may suspend or delete accounts that abuse the service or break these terms.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload content that is illegal, abusive, hateful, or that infringes someone else's rights.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except as permitted by law.
- Interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers.
- Use the App to send spam or harass other users.
4. User content
You retain ownership of the content you create in the App (team names, match data, recorded videos, etc.). By using share features, you grant us a limited licence to host and transmit that content so we can deliver the service to you and the people you share it with.
5. Ads and rewarded content
CricHub displays ads (Google AdMob and, optionally, Meta Audience Network). You may also choose to watch a rewarded video ad in exchange for temporary perks (e.g. removing ads for 24 hours, unlocking premium video overlays). Rewards are device-local and may not transfer between installs.
6. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of scores or stats, or that the App will be error-free.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FXTX Online and its associated parties shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the App.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest change. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the new Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
